  • + What subscriptions variations are available?
    We have 4 types of subscription available;
    * Free : 2GB storage at no costs
    * Basic : 200GB storage space at 5.00 Euro / month
    * Expert : 500GB storage space at 8.00 Euro / month
    * Enterprise : 1000GB storage space and 5 users at 40.00 Euro / month

  • + What possibilities are available to pay for my subscription?
    Through our payment provider Mollie we accept payments via Bank transfer, Belfius Pay button, Bitcoin, Credit card, SEPA Direct debit, Gift cards, iDEAL, ING Home'Pay, KBC/CBC Payment button, Bancontact, PayPal, paysafecard and SOFORT Banking.
    A link to our payment provider will be on all invoices we mail to you.

  • + How do I cancel my subscription?
    You are able to cancel your subscription by logging in to YOKdata and go to your subscription details. There you will find a button to cancel your subscription.
    When you cancel your subscription we will delete all your files and account information!
